About Erica Salmon Photography

We want to be your “photographer for life.” We look forward to the time when we can photograph the wedding of a client that we photographed as a newborn. We have so enjoyed repeat business where we can see the changes in children and families. We take very seriously the opportunities we have to preserve these memories. What an amazing honor to be charged with commemorating those never-to-be-repeated moments in time.

Erica  has been passionate about photography for almost 20 years. She started out as photo editor of her High School yearbook and has been taking pictures ever since. She is a member of Professional Photographers of Indiana (PPI) Professional Photographers of America (PPA) , and the Indianapolis Professional Photographers Guild. Her membership in these organizations has increased her photography knowledge immensely. This membership also helps her to stay on the cutting edge of all the latest wedding and portrait technology and techniques. She has received awards for excellence in photography competitions from PPI and received, amongst others, a best of show ribbon for her competitive work at the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis.

We have a photojournalistic approach and love to capture natural, spontaneous moments. It’s often the shots that happen “between” the traditional poses that really capture a person’s true spirit. Those are the shots that tell the story. Those are the shots that make us passionate about wedding and portrait photography.

We appreciate your time and the opportunity to share our work. We are located just east of Indianapolis in Greenfield, IN. Please choose us be your Indianapolis area photographer.
